EXTRA EXTRA: Gollum replaces The Doctor in new movie

I was really looking forward to Burke and Hare which was set to star Simon Pegg and David Tennant playing the two famous serial killers who would murder and then sell their victims for cash. Well you can take out half of that cast as David Tennant has been forced to drop out for some reason and stepping in his place will be Andy Serkis.

David Tennant had to drop out of B&H but by sheer glorious serendipity a legend of Middle Earth and Skull Island has come aboard. Welcome AS.
I have nothing against Serkis but I honestly have a bit of a man crush on Tennant and would love to see him in more features. I'll still see the movie that much is certain as its a return to the horror genre for director John Landis and also stars the likes of John Cleese and Bill Nighy but I won't lie and say I'll be a bit disappointed not seeing the Doctor on the big screen.
At least Pegg is still on board and we all know he always brings a kin of manic dedication to his films.

This would've been 10 times as awesome with Tennant! ... Yeah, Tennant fanboy, too.
