Leonardo Da Vinci! Courtesy of Warner Brothers anyway. It seems that the success of Sherlock Holmes has gotten the brains at the WB thinking of turning all sorts of characters who have no business being "Action Heroes" into just that. Sherlock Holmes at least made a tiny bit of sense I mean he was a detective aka a cop aka a hero, Da Vinci on the other hand was an artist aka um a painter...yea...

The studio has just got there hands on a script for a flick called Leonardo Da Vinci and the Soldiers of Forever...YUP you read that right. Anyway its being described as a mash up of National Treasure, Indiana Jones and Clash of the Titans?!? I can see the first two working decently but I don't see how Clash of the Titans would fit the mold. Crazy times in movie world for sure. Besides Last Action Da Vinci we are getting a Guy Richie version of Excalibur, an action/adventure version of Marco Polo (WTF) directed by Francis Lawrence (I Am Legend) and a new version of the Three Musketeers.
All in all it seems that Guy Richie has started a little trend. I'll tell you what WB I don't care what you do as long as you get Richie to work of Holmes 2. Also take a look at the new Toy Story 3 Poster because this movie can't get here soon enough and any bit of new media i a good thing!
Woody and Buzz cant come back soon enough!
